Training

CY2 offers a variety of training options for new and existing Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions customers. We always provide training to our customers as part of an implementation or update because one of our core goals is to support you in being as self-sufficient as possible with the system.

A CY2 training can also be arranged even if you’re not planning a new implementation or update. If your team is ready to use a new functionality or just needs a refresher, we’re happy to help.

Functional Training Courses

This course is an intense training designed to get both new and experienced users (re)accustomed to the basics of Campus Solutions. Topics include: fundamentals, academic structure, campus community, admissions, student records, program enrolment, activity management, academic advisement and student financials.

Technical Training Courses

Learn to make your own chatbots using the Oracle Digital Assistant. Within a day you have a fully functional understanding of how chatbot work and are able to create your own.

This course further investigates the integration with Campus Solutions and advanced YAML code techniques used in the Oracle Digital Assistant.

Learn how to create Fluid pages, from the design to building them in App Designer.

Each and every message going outof and coming into Campus Solutions will pass the integration broker. Therefore, a good understanding of the architecture is vital, especially when you have multiple interfaces interacting with your Campus Solutions system. We will explain different architectural principles and how web services to interact.
